YCI Canada Immigration Services Ltd. is a professional Canadian immigration consulting firm where strategic planning meets personalized service. We guide individuals, families, and graduates through Express Entry, family sponsorship, and pathways from temporary to permanent residence.
YCI Canada is led by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Our practice is built on two pillars:

Evidence-based immigration planning aligned with federal and provincial program requirements

Clear service agreements, upfront fees, and realistic expectations from consultation to submission
We Do Not Promise Outcomes. We Deliver Professional Process.
Immigration decisions rest with IRCC, not consultants. What we control is preparation, documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic positioning. That is where our value lies.

No. YCI Canada operates on a professional fee-for-service basis, ensuring you receive dedicated time with an RCIC for thorough review of your circumstances rather than brief screening calls. If you retain YCI for full application services following your consultation, the consultation fee is credited toward your service agreement, eliminating any additional financial burden. Consultation fees and service agreement terms are transparent and provided before booking.
While many immigration applications can technically be self-filed, RCICs provide regulated professional expertise in program selection, eligibility assessment, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance. We identify optimal pathways, prepare complete applications that meet IRCC requirements, represent you in communications with immigration authorities, and provide strategic guidance for complex situations. Our involvement reduces application errors, refusals due to incomplete documentation, and time lost pursuing unsuitable programs.
Processing times vary significantly by program type, application complexity, and IRCC workload. Express Entry applications typically process within six months of PR filing after invitation to apply, while family sponsorship can range from 12 to 36 months depending on the stream. Study permits and work permits generally process faster, often within a few weeks to months. We provide realistic timeline expectations during consultation based on current IRCC processing standards, but cannot control or guarantee government processing times.
Application outcomes are determined solely by IRCC based on eligibility criteria, documentation quality, and policy requirements. While we work diligently to prepare complete, compliant applications, refusals can occur due to factors beyond our control. If a refusal occurs, we review the decision with you, explain the reasons, and discuss available options including reapplication, appeals, or alternative immigration pathways. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms of your Service Agreement and depends on whether contracted services were completed.
